I’ve been to Way Ahead a few times and it’s always been a great experience but unfortunately I was disappointed yesterday. I booked John but he was unavailable. Most of the staff were lovely and friendly but the person cutting my hair was abrupt, hardly spoke to me and clearly found cutting my hair a chore. She didn’t introduce herself or even say hello, just said ‘what are we doing then?’ which got the appointment off to a very negative start and I felt like a nuisance when I’d paid over £60.

Couldn’t of been a nicer experience, 9 months pregnant and needed a treat, love my haircut and got a pedicure too - staff are so lovely and absolutely love the cut, Julia always gets it just right and I’m super fussy about haircuts!
