I had a really positive experience with Jemma for my male manicure and pedicure. It felt like proper self-care and pampering from start to finish. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment was excellent and the conversation was genuinely lovely. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and well looked after.
