Some of the negative reviews mention that the waxer is too quiet-personally this doesn’t bother me at all, it beats the pointless small talk. She gets on with the job and does a good wax. She always asks if I’m happy with the result. In and out in 15 minutes for a Hollywood. Would recommend! Only downside is size of the room, but again doesn’t affect the quality of the wax.
