Joelma is lovely, professional and friendly but most importantly, really good at her job. Really thorough and efficient. She is also really accommodating - I called last minute to get a booking for a family member and she squeezed it in with very little notice.
Cannot fault her technique, I would 100% book again.

When it comes to waxing, the spa experience is irrelevant to me- I’m looking for a comfortable experience but more importantly, excellent results. Joelma’s at-home salon offers the ‘no-frills’ approach but this lady knows her waxing, she is experienced, professional and a lovely person. I’ve had numerous waxes at well known salons across Manchester but this wax far outweighed any of those.
