I had to wait for about 25 minutes and there were lots of hairs left which I pointed out a few times but she ‘couldn’t see them’.. in the end I just wanted to hurry up and go! Quite awkward at times. I may have caught the therapist on a bad day but I won’t be back.

The place was hard to find in an anonymous office block. The therapist was friendly but took a long time and left wax traces so not a very thorough job.
