The place was hard to find in an anonymous office block. The therapist was friendly but took a long time and left wax traces so not a very thorough job.

Waited over 40 mins for appointment and there is no proper waxing rooms, just curtains. As well as this I had to ask the beauty therapist at the end of the treatment to go over it again as not all hair was removed. Despite this all hair was not removed.

My beautician was very lovely and thorough but the space is a room with only two thin curtains to separate the two treatment areas, didn’t feel very private.
