Not sure I would return as the therapist was 20 minutes late and offered no apology for this. Even an acknowledgement of the lateness would have been courteous but saying that, it was the cleanest wax I have had and excellent value.
Not a completely bad experience but customer service needs to be worked on.
Normally I have the owner but she was unavailable so I had the second therapist. While the owner is super professional and thorough, this experience wasn't the best as I had to keep asking her to do it over, missing really obvious bits. I still love the salon but will probably stick to asking for the owner.
