Confusing entrance and difficult to find with no signage outside. Wasn't particularly impressed with hollywood wax and left feeling like I still had lots of wax everywhere and like there was still quite a bit of hair left. Room setup was also quite strange and hospital-like - just one room with a curtain separating the wax area from the waiting area.

Without a doubt Heinsha is the best waxist (and also one of the nicest) I’ve ever had in my 15 years of getting waxed. Been going to her for about a year now and even though I’ve moved work I still go to her because she’s so lovely, genuinely cares, is honest about her treatments, is great value for money and most importantly does a really good job consistently.
Her wax is amazing as well and the Hollywood’s I get from her have resulted in less regrowth and noticeably finer hairs.
Couldn’t recommend more highly!
