I booked the spa package and had the back massage and microdermabrasion facial with heat treatment for hands and feet. Caroline explained each treatment and answered ant questions we had. I can honestly say, it was the best back massage I have ever had and now I have discovered the Waxology room, I will not be looking to go elsewhere for treatments. Myself and my friend are already looking at booking a course of microdermabrasion facials. Caroline offers excellent value for money and her attention to detail is exceptional. Everything about this experience was of the highest standard.
