This is the first time I have visited Waxology and it will be the last. Although the lady was lovely, it was only when I left and checked the time, that I realised my treatment was not as long as it should have been..... After then checking the email from Treatwell to make sure I hadn’t misunderstood the timings, did I realise that I had been overcharged by £5 on the treatment.... not happy to have paid more for a shortened treatment.
