Room was cramped and not that relaxing although it was explained that they were in the middle of moving premises. Felt awkward when I brought up that I paid for £40 for 90 minutes but only got 60 minute treatment. She seemed surprised and said the extra half hour was added to cover getting ready afterwards. Saying that, she did knock off £10 after I declined her offer of another discounted treatment once they'd moved as compensation for the misunderstanding.
