Fantastic from the get go very welcoming and listened and gave great advice and just overall very helpful as someone with a very active job and does obstacle course racing all over the country I will be returning as and when I need to
I don’t have any serious problems, I went for the sports massage to try and take care of my body, however I do normally wake up feeling very tight and have back pains, after releasing the tightness in my back and neck from the massage I haven’t had any pain or woken up tight since, would recommend whether you want to treat an injury or not
Great work very worth it was a good experience for my first try

I visited Sat for the first time due to upper back and shoulder pain. Sat went above my expectations and allowed me to walk out of the appointment pain free. I definitely recommend his services.
