Elisa is great but this was the first time I had a Brazilian wax with her and when I got home I did notice that there were quite a few stray hairs left behind - I needed to spend about 20 mins going over the area with tweezers. This could have been avoided if she had provided me with a mirror to check after the treatment, or if the room was better lit. I also have very sensitive skin which flared up after the wax. Overall good, super efficient and I will probably come back but take more time to check afterwards!
