I usually love going to Elisa as she is always waxs well and is quick and calming. I came and Azita was standing in for Elisa. I told her the wax felt too hot and she said there was nothing wrong with it. The whole appointment was a real struggle to get through and I was on the verge of tears when I left. She was also rude when I I mentioned that it was hurting when she put the wax on. I was disappointed because I trust Elisa now but definitely will only be coming back when she isn’t on holiday.

This is amazing technology. The Collagen therapy makes you feel really alive, and after a few sessions I can see a change in the health and elasticity of my skin. I highly recommend it
