I was running late for the appointment, Queen was willing to re-book so that I could get the full treatment. I opted to do an express version and have booked another appointment to get the full works. Was very relaxing and was a welcome treat to have calm jazzy sounds as opposed to the typical spa music

Probably the best wax I've had, almost completely painless, precise and very quick. Tania was so lovely, friendly and very interesting to talk to. Would definitely recommend!
