During treatment: Warm, friendly and welcoming. Made me comfortable given such a private treatment. Was conversational and efficient.
Post-treatment: Gave a pair of gloves for exfoliation.

Karmy was welcoming and polite. She had a friendly nature & made me feel at ease. It was my first experience of professional waxing so didn’t know what to expect. Karmy was chatty which I appreciated as it took my attention away from the slight pain.
