Was a bit apprehensive when I first arrived as you go in to a bit of a grubby looking news agents to the basement but was pleasantly surprised when I got down to the treatment rooms - decorated nicely and seemed clean and fresh. The woman who did my waxing was nice and seemed to do a quick, thorough job (I haven’t checked properly yet though). Nice having tv on in background to alleviate awkwardness as well. Will use again.
