great! really thorough. the therapist took great care to get every hair and took her time (although it still didn't take long) to ensure it was as pain free as possible. Netflix playing friends was a nice touch. the only negative is that it was very hot and smelled slightly damp (although looked clean to the eye).

This was my first time and it was good. I was a little thrown that there was a tv in the room showing an episode of "Friends" but it was actually a good distraction. I am not sure I needed the beautician talking to me too but I know it's all part of the deal. I would recommend and go again

I arrived a little late, Daniela was immaculately groomed and accomodating, and the wax was meticulous, with Friends playing on a flat screen TV as the treatment took place, with a feminine and welcoming reception - highly recommended.
