Ioana was great! Really thorough and careful wax, making sure I was ok the whole way through. This was my first time visiting the salon and I'll definitely be back. The only (very minor!) negative was that it was very warm (as it was over 30degrees outside) - Ioana explained that there was a plan to get AC and I think maybe a fan would have helped. Overall a great experience!
