Ioana was absolutely lovely and extremely meticulous as well. I’ve booked again... I always prefer to spend money where people are friendly but also know the meaning of “when I say no hair, I mean, not a single hair”. Reviews say it’s hard to find, look for the newsagents behind the bus stop, go into the shop and there’s carpeted stairs immediately to your left.

It was a bit difficult to find but the experience was great. Teodora was gentle and calm. I felt very comfortable having the treatment with her. It was sweet that they show Friends as well.
