The venue is a little unusual as it's in the basement of an off-licence - I thought I was in the wrong place at first! However it's spotless once you're in, and Ioana couldn't have been better - she was running a tiny bit late and was very apologetic, but she got my wax done super quickly (quality was still great though). I also think having Friends playing on the TV was a great idea! Waxing isn't my idea of fun but having some comedy on in the background helped me relax.
