She rubbed alcohol (quite vigorously no less) into my delicate eyebrow skin to, I suppose, try to remove the remnants of the wax.... it was completely unnecessary and I walked out of there with really irritated skin which has turned into scabbing a few days later. :( She also left me with really thin eyebrows after asking me if I wanted to keep my current shape which I confirmed saying I wanted to keep them thick.... Hate leaving a bad review but really disappointed
