This was one of the worst waxing experiences I’ve had. The technician kept on reapplying hot wax to the same bikini area many times, and pulling it off before it had even dried. The wax was very very hot, and when I raised this, she just told me my skin was sensitive. This resulted in me having a really bad skin reaction where my skin was extremely inflamed and red for two days after, worse than I’ve ever had in 10 years of waxing! I’d also booked an extended bikini, but she did a normal bikini and when I asked for extended, she said I’d have to pay extra. I then showed her on the app, and she gave me a halfhearted extended bikini… She also rushed through my legs, just tearing through fast, which has resulted in re-growth in 1-2 weeks. Overall not a great experience, and would not recommend - unless you want to be rushed through, be in pain due to overly hot wax, and have a burning desire to watch Friends whilst being waxed.
