Catalina provided such a welcoming and lovely atmosphere throughout the appointment. She took me through everything she was doing, asking me in and out when needed. She took her time and did not rush the service. She was not at all aggressive with the pulling of the wax. You could tell she had experience and knew what to look out for. She even went in with tweezers. I experienced such great customer service. I will definitely be coming back!
