Their rooms are super clean and they're clearly very experienced in what they do. Just one bit of feedback would be that I went to get my brows laminated for the first time, as well as my eyelashes tinted and although the beautician did a professional job, I wish that she'd asked me beforehand what I was looking for/asked to see photos of what I was hoping for. Also it would have be explained that the eye dye might sting a bit, as I wasn't told and sort of panicked
