When I arrived I felt very welcome. Had a Hollywood wax for the first time and I was made to feel comfortable and guided every step of the way. It was painful but this was to be expected for my first time. I originally wanted the full Hollywood bundle but changed my mind when I got there and I was still accommodated for. I will definitely be back again!
