Tried because of the great reviews and it didn’t disappoint - lovely staff and clean rooms, although a little stuffy in the summer, but hey - that’s everywhere in London. Staff always do a great job and having Friends on the tv is a nice distraction! Did a thorough job and done in 15 min.
