My first time having a Brazilian wax, and I was quite nervous. However, Teodora was absolutely lovely, and really put me at ease. She was kind and compassionate, asking me regularly if the wax temperature was okay, and if I was coping okay. As other reviewers have said, having Friends on in the background proved a very welcome distraction, and the wax, whilst uncomfortable, was thorough and delivered very professionally. Would definitely go again!
