My wax was a mixed experience. It was quiet and seemed clean, but they’d overrun on previous appointments/seemed to overbook. Obviously these things happen, but as a result it was super rushed and she was clearly stressed. I have sensitive skin and there were times the wax was too hot and it didn’t seem very careful etc. She was nice but made me feel a bit stressed and awkward and think they should have just explained to the next customer rather than rushing through my appointment.
