Erin was unfortunately off but lovely lady named Ashley (I think) stepped in. Was extremely nervous having had a horrible wax experience in the past in another place. However, the entire experience was brilliant and completely comfortable, obviously the wax itself is uncomfortable as any wax is but defo not as bad as I thought and very gentle. Defo will be back, thank you so much for making my experience so good 🤍
