Eyelashes were over curled and stuck clumped together as the solution was left on far too long and the size of the curl was not right for my lash length. I felt some lashes being cut off but couldn’t open my eyes to see what was happening. My eyes stung for hours afterwards and my lashes have been left frazzled, it looks as though I found fake eyelashes on the floor of the street and attached them to my face. Am really upset and unhappy.
