Olga reached out before my appointment to give me all the necessary information needed. This was my first time so I was quite nervous. She was very informative, quick, thorough, and caring which I really appreciated and helped put me at ease. She also gave excellent aftercare advice. I would certainly use her again. Parking can be tricky though, depending on sizes of other vehicles parked, which is a shame and the only downside.

I had my first Hollywood wax with Olga and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was extremely nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning. She’s not only super professional, but also incredibly kind and reassuring. Worked quickly and efficiently, and to my surprise, it was painless!The results were perfect and I left feeling happy, confident, and relieved. Highly recommend, especially if it’s your first time.
