Olga reached out before my appointment to give me all the necessary information needed. This was my first time so I was quite nervous. She was very informative, quick, thorough, and caring which I really appreciated and helped put me at ease. She also gave excellent aftercare advice. I would certainly use her again. Parking can be tricky though, depending on sizes of other vehicles parked, which is a shame and the only downside.
