I had such a great experience! The wax was minimally painful, honestly one of the most comfortable waxes I’ve ever had. Nicola was so pleasant to talk to and immediately made me feel relaxed. You can tell she really knows her craft - she’s skilled, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what she’s doing so you feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely be coming back
