Nicola was very lovely made me feel comfortable but unfortunately I was severely burned due to the wax and was in a lot of pain afterwards, I told Nicola the wax was hot but would only get better slightly or sometime worse. Hopefully this was only due to the heat

I had my first appointment with Nicola, and she was incredible. She paid great attention to detail, was so friendly and professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my wax.
