Where is Sunita?
Please provide an option on Treatwell which shows which person is available on what days and times so we can book with our preferred person.
I have so many hairs left over and I did not want to be horrible and continuously point out patches of hair to a woman who clearly did not like doing the job.
Usually a great, thorough service by Sunita but this other person was not so efficient unfortunately.

I didn't feel welcomed when I entered the store. The communication was terrible and when I was getting my legs waxed I didn't feel it was a comfortable environment. I didn't realize it was a cash-only service as I wasn't informed about it when I came. Having it at the front of the story in my experience is poor advertising and there should be transparency as soon as the customer enters. I could tell the employer was irritated I couldn't pay in cash. A smile goes a long way. Waste of money!
