Emelia always does a quick and thorough job! She is really lovely to talk to, very reassuring, and the environment is great. She even has a TV on which provides good distraction if needed, but we’re usually chatting so much I barely even watch it. I can be quite fussy about where I go for my Hollywood Wax and have tried some terrible places, but Emelia gets 5 stars every time!
