The best Hollywood I have ever had. This is my second time with Shaz and she is fantastic, I look forward to going now as she makes me feel so at ease. Lovely staff and salon, excellent service and really reasonably priced. I won’t go anywhere else now! THANKYOU

Disappointing but value for what you pay for I suppose, the room shown in the pictures wasnt the room I was treated in.. and it was not as nice. The therapist was training someone how to massages during my treatment so all I had was talking all the way though so not relaxing at all! they knew it was a birthday treat so no thought to my experience sadly. They changed my appointment time after confirmation which was a bit inconvenient too. the facial wasnt done 100% how it's supposed to be done either. Overall I wont be returning but I did pay £50 for a two hour treatment so it's probably own fault.
