I arrived on time, the salon had the shutters down. I was perplexed, so called the number on the app, straight to voicemail. I also called the landline, which rang and then went to voicemail. VERY glad I didn’t have to prepay. If I had been late, then I would have understood, but I arrived on time to my appointment, which was an hour before they were due to close. I chose here because of the positive reviews so felt I had to write one based on my experience. There is no excuse for ghosting a customer.

Shaz was amazing as always. She's such a perfectionist and always ensures you walk out completely hair free. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Highly recommend!
