Great friendly and confident costumer service made me feel at ease and trust in the treatment chosen. Colour was mixed to my preferred shade. Numbing cream made the lip tattooing pain free. Was given aftercare instructions and Vaseline. Booked for another treatment (laser hair removal) as was very happy with the therapist.
