Lyndsey, is always friendly and professional. I always leave the salon feeling happy and spoilt. I’d never had fillers before and was a bit nervous , Lyndsey talked me through the whole process and really helped to relaxe me . Thanks again Lyndsey. See you again in a few weeks for a spray tan.

Attempting to hide dark brown splattered brow dye on your client’s bright yellow shirt is impossible. As a beauty therapist, myself, the best way to handle a situation where you as the beauty therapist has made a mistake of some sort - is to be immediately upfront, transparent, honest & genuinely apologetic. Follow this up with a gesture of goodwill such as a complimentary treatment, percentage off their next treatment or item replacement.

Had lots of time for you before treatment to make you feel at ease with having a fear of needles. Made up with the outcome so far had lip blush done. The whole salon was very friendly
