This was my first time getting a bikini wax and i'm so glad i chose to at WOW. Chantelle made me feel really comfortable and at ease despite being nervous at first, she was super professional but also provided a personalised touch to her service which made me feel happy i got the wax to begin with. Would 100% come back and would 100% recommend Chantelle for a hollywood wax.

Chantelle was warm and friendly. I unfortunately had some kind of reaction but this is possibly as I was pregnant so I'd advise other pregnant women to maybe avoid a wax for now. WOWOW worked with me though to resolve my issues.
