Nice ladies, wax was good. Always room for improvement. Was not aware all staff, is always nice to be told before you go thinking you are going back to the usual and you see only new employees you don't know. But good experience overall.

Worst experience, avoid this place!!!! At all cost!
Careless:
- paid for hot waxed, but she wanted to using gel wax (which didn’t remove the hair) then ended up threading my face roughly and left a ton of cuts.. mind you I came in for just hot waxed..
Unprofessional:
- the don’t have enough equipment in each room, not even handheld mirrors, had to share wax with another client and move rooms mid appt. a male employee walked in while I was getting waxed without knocking… shit service, avoid!
