Waxer was great and personable, don’t get me wrong, but incredibly hot wax and a good few hairs were broken off at the skin line instead of the root and now 2 weeks later I’m having some irritating regrowth.

I had such a pleasant first time experience with Chantelle she was very welcoming and warm, my wax was much less painful than previous waxes elsewhere. Her manager (sorry I didn’t get her name) was in the room and was so lovely too. We all had a great chat and they really made me feel welcome and were very professional. I won’t be going anywhere else☺️
