While the space is very clean and quiet, and it’s more spacious than the previous venue. The staff really lack professionalism and the systems need to be sorted out properly. Multiple times now I’ve been called about my appointments needing to be cancelled or rescheduled as staff are not working and have accidentally been put on the system. That paired with the fact that the staff are not completing treatments properly, makes the whole experience a bother. Was my regular. Not anymore.

The last couple of times I’ve not been impressed at all. There’s a lack of professionalism, treatments done differently to what was booked. And somehow staff who have left have got my number and are now asking for to be their private client! Since they’ve moved quality and professionalism both have gone down.
