Booked apt late on app, they weren't they when i turned up and i waited for 20 mins, left, they called so i went back. therapist was very nice but honestly one of the worst leg waxes i've ever had, she was very imprecise, lots of hair left, whole patches not done, very messy - maybe just needs some more training/practice?
