I booked to get my eyebrows threaded and for some reason wax was applied. I wasn’t told that this would happen and didn’t expect it because I’d obviously booked for threading. By the time it was applied it was too late. Because of the skincare products I have been using, the wax has ripped off a layer of my skin and has left an unsightly mark which will likely scar. I used to come here for all my body wax treatments but now won’t book again.
