My technician has been switched out last minute in my last two appointments. In April I arrived to a closed shop,I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up who then took over 1 hour 20 mins to finish my wax. In my most recent appointment, she didn’t listen when I said I booked a Brazilian and gave me a full Hollywood, which I’m really not comfortable with. Further, hygiene was bad and I now have a rash. I contacted the salon the following day to give them opportunity, but they have ignored me.

I've been coming here for a year now, and I'm so happy to have found this place. All the staff is super nice and competent. Sadaf did an amazing job; she was friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the process. 5 stars aren't enough.
