I had previously visited the salon a few years ago and was really happy. However, I returned for a Hollywood wax and was left rather disappointed. I noticed that when the appointment started the therapist didn't ask me if the wax temperature was alright, she didn't sanitise or prep the area before waxing. The atmosphere overall felt quite awkward, we were virtually there in silence. I also noticed that there was no care taken to removing any ingrown hairs post wax. Rather disappointing.
