This was my first visit - Elena was lovely but there were a couple of small things that would have made the experience better - usually when I have a bikini wax, the therapist cleans the area and then removes the extra wax at the end. This wasn't done and I ended up with sticky clumps of wax afterwards which wasn't pleasant. It would also be good to let people know directions/parking as it took a while to locate space to park in the area.
